  • You are responsible for determining whether you are physically fit and capable of participating
  • You are responsible for ensuring any bicycle, equipment or safety gear used is suitable, roadworthy and maintained appropriately
  • You must comply with all applicable road rules, laws and directions provided by ride leaders, volunteers or event organisers
  • VRT does not guarantee the safety, suitability or condition of any route, venue, road, trail or location used during an activity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VRT excludes liability for any loss, injury, damage, cost or expense arising from participation in any ride, event or community activity.

Photography and Media

By attending rides, events or community activities organised or promoted by VRT, you acknowledge that photographs and video recordings may be taken.

These images may be used on our website, social media channels, newsletters, promotional materials and other communications relating to VRT and its activities.

If you do not wish to appear in photographs or videos, please notify us prior to the event or activity and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. In the event of any dispute, we ask that you contact us in the first instance so that both parties can, acting in good faith, resolve the matter as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia, Australia.
